• Information: Up-to-date advice on all aspects of translation, including translation as a business, working arrangements, supplementary services, and translator training.


• Online Directory: Members may elect to have their contact information and the languages in which they work listed online at no charge.


• Newsletter: An RSS feed at www.micataonline.org provides subscribers with up-to-date information on chapter activities and more.


• Annual Symposium: MICATA holds an annual educational and networking symposium (see Calendar of Events)


• Professional Development: Members have the opportunity for continuing education through programs and study groups. MICATA also hosts an ATA certification exam at least once a year.

Annual dues are currently: $20 for new members ($15 to renew); $25 for households ($20 to renew); and $60 for corporations/institutions ($50 to renew).
