Fora Linguarum Reminder
MICATA will hold a Fora Linguarum on Friday, August 15, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the home of MICATA Director Dr. Ninfa Redmond.
A Fora Linguarum is one of the all-member MICATA activities held periodically throughout the year. We supply texts in various languages, and our members translate the text in their source language in advance of the meeting (or at the meeting for those of us pressed for time). Then we compare and contrast our translations with those of our colleagues in the same source language and then with our colleagues working in other source languages. It can be challenging, instructive, and just plain fun.
Non-MICATA members are most welcome to come and join us, and who knows, they may even want to become MICATA members!

Ninfa will be providing refreshments, but you are also welcome to bring a treat if you would like.
