All-Member Luncheon and Installation of Officers
MICATA will soon be sending you a ballot for election of new officers and directors for the 2008-2009 year. In this connection, we will hold our annual All-Member Luncheon and Installation of Officers on Saturday, September 27, 2008 (the date closest to September 30 which is the Feast Day of St. Jerome, Patron Saint of Translators - a painting of St. Jerome translating is below. The luncheon is a great way to network with your fellow translators and interpreters and to find out what MICATA is planning for the coming year. It's also an opportunity to talk with the newly-elected officers and directors and to exchange views on MICATA activities.
