Plans for the 2009 MICATA Symposium

March 13-15, 2009

Johnson County Community College

MICATA is making preparations for the 2009 MICATA Symposium.  No final decisions have been made yet, and the board of directors that you will elect for the 2008-2009 year will make the final decisions and arrangements, but plans are for the symposium to be held:

• Friday, March 13

  Welcome Reception (no bad luck here!!!)

• Saturday, March 14

  Symposium at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City area)

• Sunday, March 15

  ATA Accreditation Examination (upon further consultation with ATA)

So put the weekend of March 13-15 on your calendar and plan to attend the MICATA Symposium for Translators and Interpreters!
