MICATA Membership Directory available in two forms
MICATA is happy to announce that this year’s membership directory has been published and mailed to all members at the beginning of July. If you have not received your copy by the time you read this, please contact MICATA at micata@gmail.com or call Hiromi Morikawa, secretary, at 785-843-6034.
The printed directory is a valuable resource which is updated once a year, and is available as a membership benefit. Please keep it handy for whenever you would like to contact MICATA, get in touch with your fellow corporate or individual members, or look for translators/interpreters in certain languages and certain locations. In addition to the membership listing, the directory contains the “MICATA Bylaws” and “the American Translators Association Code of Professional Conduct and Business Practices” for your reference, so you can read them without going on the internet.
Speaking of the internet, MICATA also offers an online membership directory which you can access at the Membership Directory tab above. The online directory is a great means for networking and advertising. It is much more visible and accessible than the printed version for people who are seeking translation/interpreting services. Only the members who opted in for the online listing are included. Please contact MICATA if you’d like to add or update your listing.
We will also carry changes to the MICATA Printed Membership Directory on a periodic basis, so check back from time to time to note updates.
